摘要
先进的故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术是实现复杂装备基于状态维修(CBM)和自主式保障的关键技术。分析了基于状态维修的开放体系(OSA-CBM)等典型的PHM体系结构,明确了PHM系统功能,结合云计算技术和指挥控制装备特征,采用分层透明和功能解耦的思路,设计了面向云服务的指挥控制装备PHM系统体系结构,阐述了其技术架构、功能组成、关键技术及实现途径。该体系结构具有开放性、分布性和重构性等特点,可为指挥控制装备PHM系统的设计、研制和建设提供参考。
The advanced prognostics and health management (PHM) technology is the key technology of condition based maintenance (CBM) and autonomic logistics for complex equipment. Typical architectures, such as the open system architecture for CBM (OSA-CBM) are analyzed. The function of PHM system is stated. By layer transparent and function decoupling method, in combination with cloud computing and command and control equipment characteristic, the command and control equipment PHM architecture based on cloud service is designed. Its technical framework, components, key technologies and implementation approaches are analyzed. The architecture has open, hierarchical and reconfigurable characteristics, thus providing a reference for design, development and construction of the command and control equipment PHM system.
