连翘根系土壤中氮、磷、钾含量与药材有效成分含量的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 以连翘根系土壤及不同产地老翘为试材,采用凯氏定氮法、火焰光度计法及2015版药典中醇溶性浸出法及高效液相色谱方法,研究了连翘根系土壤中pH,全氮、速效钾和速效磷含量与药材有效成分含量的相关性。结果表明:连翘酯苷A与土壤因子中全氮、速效磷、速效钾均有显著的相关性,相关系数分别为-0.303*、-0.300*和-0.299*;连翘苷与土壤因子中全氮、速效磷、速效钾则没有显著性;连翘中醇溶性浸出物与速效磷间呈显著负相关,显著系数为-0.312*。通过灰度关联度法分析发现,连翘醇溶性浸出物、连翘酯苷A、连翘苷均与土壤中pH和速效钾关联系数大,连翘酯苷A与速效磷、速效钾、全氮和pH的关联系数为0.852 7、0.851 6、0.844 6和0.844 4,说明连翘酯苷A含量积累与土壤因子间关系密切;连翘苷与速效钾、pH的关联系数分别为0.487 2和0.473 2;醇溶性浸出物与pH和速效钾关联系数为0.721 8和0.514 5,综合上述可以得出连翘有效成分与土壤因子中速效钾、pH关系最为密切,其次为速效磷和全氮。由分析可知连翘根系土壤中N、P、K含量对连翘药材有效成分含量的积累有一定的相关性,在对连翘规范化种植中应合理使用N、P、K的施肥配比。 The rhizosphere soil of forsythia and the different origin of forsythia were used as the materials,by using the method of the determination of the nitrogen,the flame photometry and the 2015 Edition Pharmacopoeia method,the correlation of pH in root soil,total nitrogen,available phosphorus,potassium content and medicinal active ingredient content was studied.The results showed that forsythoside A and soil factors of total nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium showed a significant correlation,correlation coefficients respectively were-0.303*,-0.300*and-0.299*.There was no significance among forsythin and total nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium.Forsythia alcohol soluble extraction and available phosphorus were statistically significant negation correlation,coefficients was-0.312*.By gray correlation degree analysis,it was found that the forsythia alcohol soluble extractive,forsythoside A,forsythin were correlated with pH and available potassium in the soil.The correlation coefficients between forsythoside A and available phosphorus,available potassium,total nitrogen and pH respectively were 0.852 7,0.851 6,0.844 6and0.844 4,the results suggested that the accumulation of forsythiaside A content and soil factors were closely related.The correlation coefficients between forsythin and pH,available potassium were 0.487 2and 0.473 2respectively;the correlation coefficients between alcohol soluble extraction and pH,available potassium were 0.721 8and 0.514 5.From the above,it was found that the effective components of forsythia was the most closely related to the pH and total potassium of soil factors.From analysis,it was known that N,P,K content of rhizosphere soil had correlation with the accumulatin of effective components in forsythia,in the standardized cultivation of forsythia,N,P,K fertilizer ratio should be reasonably used.
