摘要
对2012—2016年5年间西双版纳布龙州级自然保护区内发生的森林火灾、毁林开垦、非法占地建设设施、盗伐等林业案件发生数量、分布、侦破情况,以及保护区管理方面存在着的人员思想疆化、思维方式陈旧、工作作风难转变,在工作中形式主义严重等情况进行分析。藉此提出构建和谐社区、平安林区,加强工作人员思想、作风教育,加强管理制度建设,实现日常巡护、监测的信息化管理等对策。
The article introduces position, area, protection object, animal and plant species of Xishuangbanna Bulong state nature reserve and the surrounding community economy condition. This study also analyzed the existing problems e. g. forest fire events from 2012 to 2016, land reclamation, illegal construction facilities, forestry cases status, the way of thinking out, the style of work unreasonable and the formalism of work serious and so on. Therefore, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to built harmonious community, strengthen the staff thought and management system, realize daily patrol and information management etc.
