胃癌中PLCE1的研究进展及其与PTEN的潜在联系

摘要 磷脂酶Cε1(PLCE1)是新近发现的磷脂酶C家族的一种同工酶,具有双重活性--磷脂酶活性和Ras GEF活性,近年来研究发现其在胃癌中存在异常表达。PTEN是目前发现的第一个具有磷酸酶活性的抑癌基因,PLCE1、PTEN在调控细胞生长、分化的过程中都起着重要作用。深入研究PLCE1在胃癌发生中的作用机制,及其在胃癌中与PTEN的潜在联系,对于阐明胃癌发生机制以及的早期诊断、特异性分子治疗方面都有着重要的意义。 Phospholipase C epsilon-1(PLCE1) is a recently discovered isozyme in Phospholipase C family with dual activity--phospholipase activity and Ras GEF activity. It is found that it has abnormal expression in gastric cancer in recent years' studies. PTEN is the fist discovered tumor suppressor gene with phosphatase activity. PLCE1 and PTEN play important roles in regulating cell's growth and differentiation. The action mechanism of PLCE1 in gastric cancer and its potential links with PTEN in gastric cancer are studied deeply, which has important significance in elucidating the mechanisms of gastric cancer, early diagnosis and treatment of specific molecules.
