摘要
导热塑料由于具有质轻、耐化学腐蚀、易加工成型、力学性能优异等性能而成为了人们研究的热点。本文分析了氮化铝复合材料的导热机理,综述了氮化铝/聚合物型导热塑料的研究进展,并详细阐述了填料(粒径、用量、表面处理、复配)和复合工艺等对导热塑料导热、绝缘和力学性能的影响。最后,对导热塑料今后的研究方向进行了展望。
Thermal conductive plastics have attracted lots of attentions due to their light weight,high corrosion resistance and machinability and also excellent mechanical properties.We briefly analyzed the thermal mechanism of aluminum nitride(AlN)filled composites.Research progresses of AlN filled thermal conductive polymers were reviewed,and the effects of size,content,surface treatment,complex formulation of fillers and processing technic on thermal,insulating and mechanical properties of the polymers were expounded in detail.At last,we prospect the future development trend of thermal conductive plastic.
