摘要
针对旋挖钻机卷扬系统发生多次失速故障,从现场反馈和卷扬系统液压原理入手,分析故障产生原因,利用卷扬系统的数学模型进行理论分析,并通过AMESim软件建立液压卷扬系统仿真模型验证理论分析,得出诱发失速的关键因素和参数。理论分析和仿真验证显示,卷扬负载急剧变化及马达提升侧单向溢流安全阀开启后无法关闭和下放侧补油不足都将引发卷扬系统失速,主阀稳态液动力是导致液压马达提升侧单向溢流安全阀开启后无法关闭的根本原因。根据仿真分析结果,液压马达提升侧单向溢流安全阀开启压力应大于该侧最大稳定压力的1.9倍。该研究为液压卷扬系统优化设计和故障诊断提供依据。
In terms of the phenomenon that the rotary drilling rig winch system stall fault occurs repeatedly, and based on the principles of the fault feedback and hydraulic principle of winch system, the mathematical model of the winch system is used to theoretically analyze the cause of the fault. The theoretical analysis is verified by the software AMESim after we establish the simulation model of the hydraulic winch system. Besides, the key factors and parameters are derived. The results of the theoretical analysis and simulation verification show that the factors mainly include the followings: the dramatic load change and the failure in the close of the hydraulic motor lifting side cartridge one-way relief valve after the open of the hydraulic motor and the lowering side oil-filling shortage. Additionally, the root cause of the failure lies in steady-state hydrodynamic force. According to the simulation results, the opening pressure for the hydraulic motor lifting side cartridge one-way relief valve should be more than 1.9 times of the pressure of the maximum stable side. This study provides a good basis for the optimal design and fault diagnosis of hydraulic winch system.
