摘要 针对部分野外密闭电子设备有保持设备机箱内外气压平衡的设计需求,介绍了透气膜材料透气原理,进行了防水透气阀的透气量和透湿性验证试验,证实了防水透气阀的高透气、透湿性能。对试验数据进行综合分析,提出了保持机箱内外气压平衡的设计方法,强调了密封机箱内部防潮设计的重要性。密封结构工程实践验证了内外气压平衡效果。 As for the design requirement of some sealed electronic equipment in field environment,it is necessary for the internal and external pressure of the case to be balanced.The ventilation principle of breathable material is introduced in this paper.The charac-teristics of air permeability and moisture penetrability of waterproof ventilated valve are tested in the experiment.Based on a comprehen- sive analysis on the experimental data, a design method is provided to balance the internal and external pressure of the case, and the importance of moisture-proof is emphasized.The effect of internal and external air pressure balance is demonstrated by practical applications of sealed structure.
