摘要
血管内皮是机体重要的旁分泌和内分泌结构,在多种生理活动中具有重要作用。血管内皮功能受损在高血压的发生及发展中具有重要作用,积极治疗血管内皮功能障碍对于高血压及其并发症的防治至关重要。笔者对高血压患者血管内皮功能治疗药物进行综述。
The vascular endothelium plays an important role in many physiological activities with the function of paracrine and endocrine. Impaired endothelial function makes contribute to the occurrence and development of hypertension. Treatment of vascular endothelial dysfunction is very important for the prevention and control of hypertension and its complications. Author reviews the drugs of treating the vascular endothelial function in patients with hypertension.
