摘要
目的探讨理实一体化教学模式在《健康评估》课程教学中的应用效果。方法选取本系2015级护理专业共126名学生为研究对象。随机抽样将63人设为实验组,另外63人设为对照组。应用理实一体化教学模式对实验组进行授课,采取传统教学方法对对照组进行授课。在期末考核时,两组学生采用相同的考核方式,并对两组学生的考核成绩和问卷调查结果进行统计学分析。结果 (1)实验组的综合成绩在平均分和标准偏差方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)90.48%的实验组学生赞同理实一体化教学模式,对该教学模式评价较好。结论理实一体化教学可解决以往教学中理论与实践相脱节的问题,有效提升学生的实践技能和解决临床实际问题能力。
Objective To investigate the application effect of teaching mode of theory and practice integration in health assessment course. Methods 126 students majoring in nursing of grade 2015 were selected from our department as the subject. 63 students were divided into the experimental group and the rest were divided into the control group. The experimental group and the control group were educated by the teaching method of theory and practice integration and traditional teaching,respectively. The two groups were examined by the same examination form. The scores and questionnaire results of the two groups were applied to perform statistical analysis. Results( 1) The mean score and standard deviation of the experimental group significantly better than the control group( P〈0.05).( 2) 90.48% students in the experimental group agreed with the teaching mode of theory and practice integration,and they highly evaluated the teaching mode. Conclusions The teaching mode of theory and practice integration can solve the problem of theory divorcing from practice,and effectively improve the students' practical skills and the ability of solving clinical practical problems.
