摘要
从发光二极管的辐射特征出发,在与白炽灯、气体放电灯等热光源相比较基础上,指出LED冷光源辐射不含红外光谱,具有低能耗、寿命长等技术特征,具体计算其作为MZI调制器光源实现调制信号光功率输出,重点阐述激光光源在透镜衍射成像与相干全息成像的特色应用.
Based on the characteristics of light-emitting diode's radiation and its comparison with other lightemitting sources including incandescent lights and gas discharge lamp, this paper points out that LED cold light source, without infrared spectrum, enjoys such technical advantages as lower energy consumption and a longer life. The optical power output of the modulated signal is calculated by MZI modulator. The paper also delves into the application of laser light source in lens diffraction and coherent holography.
