优质护理对哮喘患者生命质量评分和护理满意度的影响被引量：1

摘要目的研究优质护理对哮喘患者生命质量评分和护理满意度的影响。方法以2014年3月至2015年2月治疗的60例哮喘患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组进行优质护理,对照组进行常规护理,分析两组护理满意度、临床总有效率及生命质量。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.0%和70.0%,观察组和对照组的护理满意度分别是90.0%和70.0%,观察组的生命质量评分也优于对照组,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能在临床有效率、护理满意度等多个方面提高哮喘患者的综合疗效,与传统护理相比能使患者更加满意。
