摘要
为了避免油气管道工程整体式绝缘接头发生泄漏,结合其结构特点,对可能发生泄漏的部位、通道以及泄漏情况进行了分析。在此基础上,为避免绝缘接头发生泄漏提出了预防建议:在出厂前应该对内部每个部件进行严格的设计、验证及质量控制,针对设计工况采取避免泄漏的方法,可以保证绝缘接头密封性能。研究结果对绝缘接头的设计、制造、成品试验及安装具有一定的指导意义。
In order to prevent leakage at monolithic insulating joints of oil and gas pipelines, the possible leak locations, channels and leakage states were analyzed depending on the structural characteristics of these joints. Then, the corresponding leakage prevention measures were proposed. It is indicated that all internal parts shall be designed, verified and quality controlled strictly before leaving the factories so as to avoid leakage of insulation joints. With proper leak prevention methods that are developed for the designed operation conditions, the sealing performance of insulating joints can be guaranteed. These methods will play an instructive role for the design, manufacturing, finished products testing and installation of insulation joints, (2 Figures, 1 Table, 15 References)
