摘要
在建设创新型国家背景下,高等学校经济管理类专业如何顺应经济社会发展、改变传统的人才培养模式、创新创业人才培养方式,已成为相关高等学校亟待研究和解决的重要课题。目前,经济管理类专业创新创业人才培养中主要存在创新创业教育与专业教育脱节、创新创业教育师资队伍薄弱、创新创业人才培养体系不健全的问题。集美大学财经学院继承陈嘉庚先生创办财经教育的历史和当前高等学校内涵建设的发展要求,经过多年的探索和实践,构建集专业职业教育、诚毅品格教育和创新创业教育为一体的创新创业人才培养模式。
Under the innovative country constructing background how economic management specialties adapt themselves to economic and social development, change the traditional talents cultivation mode and innovate the way career-creating talents are cultivated has been a subject and problem that colleges and universities are urgently needed to study and solve. Currently,main problems that exist in innovative and career-creating talents cultivation are the disconnection of innovation and entrepreneurship education with specialty education, the failure of teaching staff for innovation and entrepreneurship education in strongness and the failure of the innovative and career-creating talents cultivation system in completion as well. The faculty of finance and economics of Jimei University, which has inherited the period of history in which the late Mr. Chenjiageng found the education of finance and economics and is line with the current requirement of connotation construction made by colleges and universities, has managed to set up an innovative and career-creating talents cultivation mode in which professional and vocational education and integrity-oriented character education are integrated with innovation and entrepreneurship education.
