摘要
应用NVH有限元分析手段对某型工程车转向机构进行模态和频响分析,找出了它在怠速工况下发生抖动的根本原因,并且提出了优化改进方法。通过对比分析得出,此方法达到了有效降低和减少抖动的目的,表明此方法是一种有效的解决此类问题的方法。
NVH finite element analysis method was used to make modal analysis and frequency response analysis for steering mechanism of a certain type of truck. The root cause of jitter in idle condition was found, and optimization and improvement method was proposed. Through comparative analysis, it is concluded that by using the method, the jitter can be effectively reduced. This method is an effective way to solve same problem.
