摘要
为提高微生物絮凝剂的产量,选取自主筛选的优势菌种克雷伯氏菌J-1,研究其生长发酵过程,探索菌体生长与产物生成之间的内在规律,得到产絮菌J-1的生长动力学模型及其产物生成动力学模型。结果表明:产絮菌J-1代谢产物的生成与其菌体总量相关,保证充足的营养和生物量,微生物絮凝剂的合成速率得到有效提高。当产絮菌J-1发酵至15 h时,絮凝率最高为94.97%。
This paper is an attempt to improve the yield of microbial flocculants.The study starting with growth characteristics and flocculation activity of bioflocculant producing strain J-1 works towards the growth and fermentation kinetics of bioflocculant;and the law underlying the association between strain growth and product formation.This results in the growth kinetics model and product formation kinetics model of strain J-1.The results reveal that there is an association between the product formation of bioflocculant producing strain J-1 and the total amount of bacteria;an effective improvement in the synthesis rate of bioflocculant is possible with the presence of adequate nutrition and biomass;and the fermentation time of 15 h ensures the maximum flocculating rate of up to 94.97%.
