妊娠期甲状腺功能减退对母体血糖水平及妊娠结局的影响 被引量：3

摘要 甲状腺功能减退（又名甲减或甲低）是甲状腺激素分泌不足引起的临床综合征。甲状腺的实质性病变、甲状腺素的合成障碍以及垂体或下丘脑病变等多种病因均可导致该疾病的发生,女性患病人群远多于男性。目前妊娠期甲状腺功能减退成为妊娠期女性第二大内分泌性疾病,据不完全统计,发病率约达15%左右,且近年发病率不断增长。妊娠期作为特殊的生理状态,会引起孕妇内分泌系统的一系列改变,对甲状腺素的需求也会发生明显变化。
