摘要
市场需求的变化和政府政策的推动促使物流产业转型升级,在此背景下高职物流管理专业的人才培养能否适应行业的变化显得尤为重要,本文从物流行业的转变入手分析人才需求的变化和提出物流管理人才培养的方案。
Market demand and government beneficial policy thcilitate logistics transfomation and upgrading. In this context,it is particular important for vocational college to keep logistics management talents abreast of industry changes. The essay is started by the transformation of logistics industry,analysising the changing demand for talents and proposing the training plan.
