胆酸盐流动相系统用于高效液相色谱拆分对映体 被引量:1

摘要 采用手性流动相添加剂——脱氧胆酸钠拆分 1,1′-双萘基 - 2 ,2′-二氢磷酸盐手性化合物 ,筛选出含 3%异丙醇的 4 0 mm ol/ L 脱氧胆酸钠流动相为最佳条件 ,分离因子为 1.0 9,分辨因子为 2 . A HPLC method for chiral separation of 1,1′ binaphthyl 2,2′ diyl hydrogenphosphate(1) was developed. Sodium deoxycholate (NaDC) was used as chiral selector. Optimum seperation condition was achieved in the mobile phase of 40 mmol/L in 3% isopropanol solution and at the detection wavelength of 254 nm. The selective factor of 1 was 1.09 , and the seperation factor was 2.94 .
