摘要
以水提法提取"凤丹"牡丹种皮多糖,以料液比、提取温度、提取时间、纤维素酶用量为考察因素,以多糖得率为评价指标,采用正交实验优选工艺。单因素实验结果表明,料液比、提取温度、提取时间、纤维素酶用量的最优水平分别为1∶20、90℃、2 h、3%;正交实验结果表明多糖提取的最优提取条件组合为料液比1∶30,提取温度90℃,提取时间1.5 h,1%纤维素酶用量时,牡丹种皮多糖得率达到最大,为17.62 mg/g。
The effect of solid to liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time, cellulose amount on the extraction yield of crude polysaecharides from the episperm of peony(Paeonia suffruticosa ' Feng Dan' ) was assessed with an orthogonal test to confirm the optimal extractive parameters. The results of single factor test showed that the optimal process conditions with aqueous extraction were as follows : solid to liquid ratio of 1 : 20, extraction temperature of 90 % , extraction time of 2 h, cellulase concentration of 3% respectively.The orthogonal test results showed that the optimal process combination was solid to liquid ratio of 1 : 30, extraction temperature of 90 ℃, extraction time of 1.5 h,cellulose amount of 1% and the maximum yield of crude polysaccharides was 17.62 mg/g.
