摘要 防洪排涝设计水位是城市防洪排涝治理、工程建设的重要参数。合理确定防洪设计洪水位是正确处理各分区蓄泄关系的关键,也是确保城市安全、契合城市发展的有效保障。通过设计暴雨推求,同时考虑城市发展需求、地形特点等因素,综合拟定苏州市姑苏区分片防洪控制水位,对适时调控涝水外排、指导城市排涝调度,对保障城市排涝安全有重要意义。 Design water level for flood control and drainage is an essential factor in urban flood management and project construction. Determination of design flood level is a key point to ensure the safety and development of the city, as well as managing the relationship between flood storage and discharge in various divisions. Considering urban expansion requirement and topographic features, water levels of flood control are determined after calculating of hydrology and water conservation for flood control and drainage. The result has significant meanings for flood control and drainage design, as water level design could be informative for urban flood drainage, urban flood dispatch, and be important for urban water safety.
