摘要
自2007年原国家卫生部下发通知后,我国医疗机构医德档案工作均有了显著的进步。但一些医院的医德档案仍存在指标项目模糊、评价主体单一、评价标准不科学等问题。通过对公立医院的医德档案进行系统研究,从其评价主体、管理部门、评价信息、评价应用多元化四个方面来说明医德档案多元化的重要性;并通过相应的指标数据和层次分析法证明医德档案多元化的合理性,为广大医院医德档案的建设和发展提供参考。
Since Ministry of Health issued the notice in 2007, the medical morahty archive work in medical institutions has made significant improvement. Nonetheless, there still exist problems in some hospitals such as fuzzy index items, single subject of evaluation, unscientific evaluation criteria and so on. This paper systematically researched the public hospitals＇ medical morality archive system, expounded the importance of medical morality archive in four terms of subject of evaluation, management department, evaluation information, and evaluation apphcation diversity. In addition, it prove the rationality of the medical morality archives diversity through the corresponding index data and analytic hierarchy process, providing reference for the development and construction of medical morality archives in the majority of hospitals.
