摘要
本文阐述了连云港市建设中哈物流国际中转基地、上合组织出海基地的战略意义,提出了连云港市与大陆桥沿线西安、兰州、乌鲁木齐等3个重要节点城市深化合作的重点领域及措施建议。
This paper expounds the strategic significance of building Lianyungang international transit base and SCO sea-going base, and puts forward some suggestions on deepening cooperation between Lianyungang City and Xi＇an, Lanzhou and Urumqi along the continental bridge.
