摘要
本实验硫酸亚铁铵的制备与含量的测定,方法是先用Fe和H_2SO_4应得到FeSO_4,再用(NH_4)_2SO_4和FeSO_4反应制得(NH_4)_2FeSO_4。首先进行硫酸亚铁铵的制备,其中利用了蒸发、过滤、结晶、抽滤等一系列基础操作步骤。然后对其含量进行测定,先测铵离子含量,用甲醛法进行测定,其中用到的NaOH标准溶液需要用邻苯二甲酸氫钾基准物质准确标定其浓度,之后用标定的NaOH标准溶液测定试样中铵离子含量。最后采用邻二氮菲分光光度法测铁的含量。
For the preparation and content measure of ammonium ferrous sulfate in this experiment, the process is that firstly use Fe and H2SO to take reaction and get FeSO4 and then use (NH4) 2SO4 and FeSO4 to take reaction to get (NH4) 2FeSO4. Firstly, take the preparation of ammonium ferrous sulfate, in which, make use of the basic operation steps of vaporation, filtation, crystallization, suction filtration etc. and then measure its content, firstly measure the ammonium ion content by taking the formol titration, in which, the used NaOH standard solution needs the potassium hydrogen phthalate standard substance to mark accurately its concentration, and then use the marked NaOH standard solution to measure the ammonium ion content in sample. Finally, take the orthopenanthroline spectrophotometric method to measure the iron content.
