摘要 随着发电机组辅机设备状态监测的广度和深度的不断加强,数据量快速增长,已有的数据处理技术很难实时处理海量数据,开发新的数据处理技术很有必要。此外,随着智能电网的发展,机组辅机设备作为智能电网中的重要组成部分,将其数字化和智能化已成为必然趋势。为了满足以上需求,设计并实现了发电机组辅机设备噪声振动传感器。该传感器以分布式计算技术为基础,采用基于FFT变换和频域计算的方法和IIR数字滤波器算法分别对辅机设备的振动信号和噪声信号进行计算,实现了对辅机设备大规模分散数据源的实时处理与分析,计算速度非常快,且计算精度达到国家I级标准。此外,该传感器按照智能变电站监控系统技术标准,采用统一通信规约,实现了数据资源共享,促进了机组辅机设备监测领域的智能化发展。目前该传感器已成功应用于华能岳阳电厂,取得了非常好的应用效果。 During the research of generator unit auxiliary equipment state monitoring, with the breadth and depth of auxiliary equipment state monitoring strengthened, the existing data processing methods are difficult to handle massive amounts of data in real time, so it's necessary to develop new techniques.In addition, with the development of smart grid construction and research, auxiliary equipment as an important part of units its digitization and intelligence has become an inevitable trend.To meet the above requirements, generator unit auxiliary equipment noise and vibration intelligent terminal was designed and implemented. Based on distributed computing technology, the terminal uses method of frequency domain calculation based on FFT transform and IIR digital filter algorithm to calculate vibration and noise signal separately.It processes and analyzes large-scale distributed data source of auxiliary equipment in real time.Its computation speed is very fast, and its calculation precision meets the national class I standard.In addition, according to the technical standards of intelligent substation monitoring system,the terminal adopts unified communication protocol to share data resource and digitize unit auxiliary equipment monitoring system.It greatly promotes the development of intellectualism in the field. Currently, the intelligent terminal has been applied in Huaneng Yueyang power plant, and the application result is good in practice.
