摘要
龙背湾水电站2号机组充水试验的目的是检验发电引水洞、压力钢管、蝶阀等发电引水系统及机组蜗壳等各部件有无渗漏和异常,其内部应力变形是否满足设计要求。依据审查批准的充水试验方案,在完成充水前工程形象面貌、引水系统、设备状态的检查确认后,依次开展了尾水渠充水、技术供水系统调试、尾水管充水、引水系统充水、机组蜗壳充水及其充水过程的监测等试验。针对试验中遇到的充水阀卡阻、蝶阀异响、试验水头下降、局部渗漏水等问题和异常情况,结合监测和试验资料对产生异常的原因进行了分析,并采取了相应的措施:限制充水阀的最大开度、中止第二阶段充水保压试验和排水进洞检查、调整阀门液压系统以使阀芯关闭紧密以及优化充水方案和加密观测等措施,保证了试验顺利和安全进行。
Unit water filling test was carried out in Longbeiwan Hydropower Station to find out whether there were some leaka- ges or problems in diversion tunnel, penstocks, butterfly valve and spiral case, and whether the internal stress and deformation condition meet the design requirement. According to the examined and approved test scheme, before the water filling test, some confirmation were carried out for engineering profile, diversion tunnel, equipment status, then a series of water filling tests and monitoring were carried out for tail water channel, technical water supply system, tail water pipe, water guide system, unit spiral case. Aiming at some problems such as block of water filling valve, abnormal noise of butterfly valve, water head loss as well as local leakage, the causes were analyzed in combination with test data and monitoring data, and intensified monitoring together with some measures were adopted to ensure the closing of valve, such as controlling aperture of filling valve, suspending the next stage water filling and arranging a inspection in the tunnel, debugging the hydraulic system.
