摘要 为对节能导线的全寿命进行投资分析,实现导线的推广应用。介绍了节能导线的技术分类原理和不同导线的性能比较,并通过实际工况中的工程应用,对导线在最高允许温度下的载流量、输送功率和不同输送容量下的电阻损失进行比较,以及导线结构的弧垂性、过载冰厚和摇摆角的分析,最后对工程年费用进行计算等方法。结果表明中强度铝合金绞线节能效果最突出,但因其张力大和摆角大无法应用通用设计杆塔,而钢芯高导电率铝绞线与普通导线机械特性相同,故在工程中可将其作为首选。 In order to conduct investment analysis for the total life of the energy-saving wire, and promote the application of the wire, the technology classification principles of the wire and comparative performances of different wires are introduced in this paper. And by engineering application under actual working conditions, the maximum allowable temperature of the load flow, transport power, and different transmission capacity of resistance losses of the wire are compared, and the investigations of the wire sag structure, overload ice thickness and the rolling angle are also carried out. Finally, the annual engineering costs are calculated. The results show that the energy-saving effect of the strength aluminum alloy wire is outstanding, but because of its own properties of high tension and big swing angle, it cannot be applied to universal tower design. On the other side, the steel core aluminum stranded wire owns high conductivity with its mechanical characteristics the same with ordinary wires, so in engineering it can be used as the preferred one.
