摘要
应用数据包络分析方法(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA),以2006-2014年数据为基础,对北京市文化创意产业投入产出效率进行了横向和纵向两个层次的评价分析。研究表明,北京市文化创意产业整体效率发展良好,但也存在细分行业产业效率发展不平衡等问题,还应注意投入产出均衡的问题,增加投入的同时应注意优化资源配置,从而提升北京文化创意产业投入产出效率。
By applying Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA）, this paper analyzes the input and output efficiency of cultural and creative industries in Beijing from the horizontal and vertical levels based on the data of 2006 - 2014. It is shown that the overall development efficiency of Beijing cultural and creative industry is good, but the industrial efficiency development in sub-sectors is unbalanced. We should also pay attention to the balance of input and output, optimize the allocation of resources while increasing investment, so as to enhance the input and output efficiency of Beijing cultural and creative industries.
