摘要 本科生科研训练是培养创新型人才的重要途径,革新培养模式,让本科生接受不同层次的科研活动训练,提升其实践创新能力,推动创新人才培养。本文以新形式下创新人才培养需求和大学生创新教育现状为基础,探讨构建专业班导师和科研导师制度,并针对本科生开展科研创新能力训练的特殊性,提出建立分层次、分阶段的创新培养机制,为本科生科研创新能力培养开展提供参考。 Research training of undergraduates is an important way to cultivate innovative talents. The undergraduates should receive various levels of research and training activities to enhance their innovative ability and promote innovative talents by means of innovating training model. This thesis discusses establishment of the system of professional class tutors and research tutors based on the requirements of innovative talents and innovative education of undergraduates under the new situation. Innovative training system of various divisions and levels was proposed in terms of particularity of research and innovative training for undergraduates. The study results could be used as a reference for research and innovative training of undergraduates.
