摘要
现今电商企业广泛兴起,中小电商如雨后春笋般出现,行业内竞争残酷而激烈,因此行业内的中小电商企业,必须构建自身独特的持续竞争优势,才能在业内市场竞争中长期屹立不倒,并占据市场的一席之地。结合企业管理学和企业战略等学科要素,以研究中小电商企业构建竞争优势为主题,以行业中的"趣分期商城"公司为例,分析出在现今激烈的市场竞争中的中小电商企业,应根据市场情况、自身条件以及行业特质等,构建出适合自身的持久的竞争优势以长足发展。
