摘要 针对轿车车门下沉的问题,以轿车车门为研究对象,建立了车门下沉刚度的有限元模型,对轿车车门下沉刚度的各影响因素进行了分析并优化.就车门在不同的边界条件下,系统地分析了螺栓简化方式、螺栓预紧力大小、铰链、车门钣金及车身钣金对车门下沉刚度的影响,根据实验数据和分析结果给出了改善车门下沉刚度的最佳设计参数. Aimed at the problem of car door's sinking, the car door is taken as investigation subject to es- tablish the finite element model of the car door's sinking stiffness, and then analyse and optimize various influencing factors of the sinking stiffness of the car door. For the car door under different boundary condi- tions, the influence of the bolt simplifying mode, pretension magnitude of bolt, hinge, car door sheet met- al, and car body sheet metal on the sinking rigidity of car door is systematically optimized. Based on the experimental data and analysis results, the optimal design parameters are given for improvement on sink- ing stiffness of car door.
