摘要
从项目管理模式构建原则和目标出发,结合近年来西南油气田对外合作管理实践,采取不同的途径和方式选择、组合相关管理模块,搭建能最大限度发挥和利用的"最优化"的管理模式。西南油气田对外合作项目管理模式按照科学的组织管理模式运行,既保证决策行为的科学性,又保证决策本身的正确性与合理性。
Based on the principles for the construction of project management pattern and construction targets, as well as the management practices of Petro China Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company in Chinese-foreign cooperative projects in recent years, a management pattern optimized to the largest extent is established by selecting and combining relevant management modules with different approaches and methods. Running according to a scientific organizational management mode, the management mode of Chinese-foreign cooperative projects of Petro China Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company can not only ensure the scientificity of decision-making behaviors, but also ensure the correctness and rationality of the decisions.
