摘要
利用300个F_(2:3)家系及2个亲本在两个地点(环境)的试验数据,对玉米淀粉含量的表现及其与单株产量、百粒重、穗长、穗粗、穗行数等的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,两种环境条件下,淀粉含量在F_(2:3)群体中存在广泛的变异,表现出数量性状遗传的特点。方差分析表明,淀粉含量受基因型和环境的共同影响。淀粉含量与百粒重显著正相关,与单株产量相关不显著。
A F_(2:3) population were derived from a cross between the maize inbred line Zheng58 and BT1. Field experiments with 300 F_(2:3) individuals and their two parents were conducted at two locations, respectively. The variation of starch content and its correlation to five yield traits, including yield per plant, 100- kernel weight, ear length, ear diameter, and rows per ear in F_(2:3) families were analyzed. The results indicated that there was a wide genetic variation in starch content in F_(2:3) population under two environmental conditions, and showed the characteristics of quantitative traits. Analysis of variance revealed that starch content was affected by both genotype and environment. Starch content was significantly positively correlated with 100-kernel weight, and was not significantly correlated with the yield per plant.
