摘要
目的 :比较FRⅢ型矫治器矫治功能性和早期骨性安氏Ⅲ类错治疗前、后硬组织的变化。方法 :选择30例功能性和早期骨性安氏Ⅲ类错患者,采用FRⅢ型矫治器矫治,利用SPSS22.0软件包对矫治前、后X线头影测量项目进行t检验。结果:FRⅢ型矫治器矫治前、后,SNA、S-Ptm、ANS-Ptm、Go-Po无显著改变(P>0.05)。ANB、ANS-Me、ANS-Me/N-Me显著增大(P<0.01),SNB、L1-NB角、L1-MP显著减小(P<0.05),MP-FH、Y轴角、U1-NA角、U1-NA距、U1-SN显著增大(P<0.05)。结论:经FRⅢ型矫治器矫治后的安氏Ⅲ类错患者,下颌骨的位置发生了向下、向后的顺时针旋转,下切牙舌倾,上切牙唇倾。
PURPOSE： To compare changes of hard tissues before and after treatment of functional and skeletal Angle Class Ⅲ malocclusion with FR Ⅲ appliance. METHODS： Thirty patients with functional and skeletal Angel Class Ⅲmalocclusion were selected and treated with FR HI appliance. SPSS 22.0 software package was performed for statistical analysis. RESULTS： After treatment, there was no significant difference in SNA, S-Ptm, ANS-Ptm and Go-Po （P〉0.05）. ANB, ANS-Me, ANS-Me/N-Me were increased significantly （P〈0.01）. SNB, L1-NB, L1-MP were decreased significantly （P〈0.05）. MP-FH, Y axis, U1-NA, U1-NA （mm）, U1-SN were increased significantly （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： After FR Ⅲ appliance treatment of Angel Class Ⅲ malocclusion, the position of mandible may rotate clockwise downward and backward, with retrusion of the lower incisors and protrusion of the upper incisors.
