摘要
基于冻胀试验,探究了低水泥含量级配碎石在不同低水泥掺量与负养护温度条件下冻胀率、质量及抗压强度等指标的劣化特性。结果表明:在不同低水泥掺量与负温度条件下,低水泥含量级配碎石的冻胀率特性有相似的变化趋势;低水泥含量级配碎石的质量损失率与冻胀循环数呈正相关,其显著性表现:2.0%低水泥掺量>3.0%低水泥掺量>4.0%普通水泥掺量,相应最大质量损失率量值分别为20.09%、2.75%、1.33%;通过回归分析,确定出抗压强度损失率与低水泥掺量相关性表现为二次函数的关系。综合冻胀环境中各指标劣化特性的分析,确定出低水泥含量级配碎石的最佳水泥掺量为3.0%。
In order to study deteriorate characteristics of indexes of low-cement graded crushed stone under different low-cement content and negative curing temperatures, which including frost heaving ratio, mass and compressive strength, based on frost heaving test. The test result shows that under different lowcement content and negative curing temperatures, the frost heaving behaviors of low-cement graded crushed stone have the similar trends. The relationship between mass loss ratio of low-cement graded crushed stone and cycle numbers of frost heaving is positive, and the significant strength is 2.0% low- cement content 〉 3.0% low-cement content 〉 4.0% ordinary cement content, corresponding to the maximum mass loss rate is 20.09%, 2.75% and 1.33%. The relationship between compressive strength loss rate and low-cement content is quadratic function relation by regression analysis. The optimum cement content of low-cement graded crushed stone is 3. 0% based on comprehensive analysis on deteriorate characteristics of indexes in the frost heaving environment.
