摘要
目的:探讨加味丹参饮不同组方对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠环氧酶(COX-2)、细胞间黏附分子-2(ICAM-2)、P38 MAPK表达的影响。方法:根据L_(12)(2^(11))正交设计表格分为12组,加上一个假手术组,将78只白鼠随机分为13组,每组6只,雌雄各3只。采用结扎冠状动脉左前降支的方法制备心肌缺血再灌注模型,观察加味丹参饮不同组方对心肌缺血再冠注损伤大鼠血清中COX-2、ICAM-2、P38 MAPK蛋白的表达。结果:与空白组相比较,加味丹参饮能够显著降低血清中COX-2、ICAM-2、P38 MAPK蛋白的表达(P<0.05),不同组方之间比较,可以得出加味丹参饮中丹参、檀香、川芎、红花四位药物发挥主要作用。结论:加味丹参饮能够显著降低血清中COX-2、ICAM-2、P38 MAPK蛋白的表达而到达治疗作用,在方剂组成中丹参、檀香、川芎、红花发挥主要治疗作用。
Objective : To observe the effect of Jiawei Danshenyin different recipes on expressions of cyclooxygenase ( COX - 2), intercellular adhesion molecule - 2 ( ICAM - 2) and P38 MAPK of myocardial ischemia - reperfusion injury rats. Methods: According L12 (2^11) orthogonal design table,a total of 78 rats were randomly divided into 13 groups and every group was made of three male rats and three female rats. Making use of preparing myocardial anterior descending coronary artery ligation ischemia - reperfusion model,it was designed to observe the effect of Jiawei Danshenyin different recipes on COX -2,1CAM -2 MAPK and P38MAPK of myocardial ischemia injury rats. Results: Compared with the control group, Jiawei Danshenyin can significantly reduce serum COX - 2, ICAM - 2 and P38 MAPK protein expressions (P 〈 0! 05 ). A comparison between the different prescrip- tions,we can know that Salvia, sandalwood, Chuanxiong and safflower play important roles in Jiawei Danshenyin. Conclusion:Jiawei Danshenyin can significantly reduce serum protein expressions of COX - 2, ICAM - 2 and P38 MAPK. Salvia, sandalwood, Chuanxiong and safflower play major roles in treatment.
