摘要
主持人是衡量广播电视节目水平高低的关键因素,当前我国广播电视节目主持人整体水平偏低,影响了我国广播电视事业的发展。关于新时期广播电视主持人应具备的素质的讨论,有助于引导广播电视主持人提高自己的职业道德、业务能力和综合素质。
The presenter is the key factor to measure the level of broadcasting and TV programs. But on the whole, the level of broadcasting and TV presenter is still low in our country, which has a crippling effect on the development of radio and television undertaking. The discussion on the qualities of broadcasting and TV presenters in the New Era helps to guide broadcasting and TV presenters to improve their occupational morality, professional ability and comprehensive quality.
