品管圈在新疆手术室专科护士培训中的实践效果 被引量:4

Practical effective analysis of quality control circle in training of the operating room professional nurse in Xinjiang

摘要 目的探讨品管圈活动在新疆手术室专科护士培训中的实践效果。方法选取2014年1月-2015年10月新疆医科大学第一附属医院208名手术室专科护士班学员作为研究对象。2014年1—10月的104名培训学员作为对照组:2015年1—10月的104名培训学员作为观察组。通过品管圈活动步骤,分析培训过程中的现存或潜在问题,对其进行改进,并将改进前后的效果进行比较。结果培训纪律、专业理论认知、技能达标程度、安全护理认知与科研意识5个维度,共计10条项目,未达标人次自改善前532人次下降为155人次,目标达成率为104%,进步率为71%;对照组与观察组的专业理论和实践技能考核成绩分别为:(73.21±7.18)、(70.15±6.22)分与(85.62±6.54)、(87.57±5.73)分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);此外,观察组圈员的教学能力、培训模式、课程设置、培训条件、带教态度、团队凝聚力均有明显提高。结论品管圈活动运用于手术室专科护士培训中,促进并巩固了学员的专业素质,开阔了专业视野,同时,使培训教师团队的综合素质得以提升。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of quality control circle (QCC) in training of the operating room professional nurse in minority areas of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods From January 2014 to October 2015, 208 trained professional nurses of Operating Room in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected, 104 nurses of them were selected as the control group from January to October in 2014 and 104 trained nurses were regarded as the observation group from January to October in 2015 by the same way. Through the process of QCC, the potential and existing problems were analyzed and corrected, the results of before and after training were compared. Results There were 10 items in 5 dimensionalities, such as the training discipline, professional theory, degree of practical skill, safe nursing awareness, studying awareness, the number of dissatisfied people was decreased from 532 to 155 after the improvement. The rate of goal achievement was 104%, the rate of progress was 71% after using QCC. The scores of professional theory and practical skill were respectively (73.21±7.18) and (70.15±6.22) points in the control group and (85.62±6.54) and (87,57±5.73) points in the observation group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). In addition, the teaching ability of members, training pattern, curriculum provision, training conditions, teaching attitude and cohesive force of team increased obviously in the observation group. Conclusion The application of QCC in training the professional operating room nurse can improve and consolidate the professional quality, broaden professional horizon of the trained nurses and improve the comprehensive quality of the teaching team.
