摘要 利用CFD对一款应用多翼离心式风机的风管机流场进行模拟分析,通过增加导流板优化风机流场,并对优化后的风管机进行验证测试。结果表明:机组在0Pa机外静压下无吹水问题;风速分布更加均匀;制冷量提高5.88%,制热量提高3.18%;声品质测试合格,为风管机的产品开发提供建议。 The simulation analysis on the air flow of one ducted air-conditioning units apply- ing multi-blade centrifugal fan is conducted using CFD. The air flow of the fan is optimized by adding deflector, and the verification test on the optimized ducted air-conditioning units is con- ducted. The results show that there is no water risk at 0 Pa of outside unit; the wind speed is more even; the cooling capacity increases by 5. 88%, and the heating capacity increases by 3.18% ; the sound quality is qualified through test. The advice is provided for the development of ducted air-conditioning units applying multi-blade centrifugal fan.
