摘要
中国2008—2016年评选出了第一至八届全国文化企业30强,竞争榜有进有出,共性叠彩,个性夺目。为推进中国文化企业健康发展,对全国文化企业30强的总体发展战略、基本发展理念、典型发展举措等进行了考察分析。并以全国文化企业30强为发展参照系,提出推进中国文化企业发展升级、竞争升位的若干举措:在主体上,民营、国有共进;在手段上,内容、平台联动;在要素上,资源、品牌互促;在路径上,制度、机制配套;在动力上,内力、外力协同;在成效上,重点、小微齐抓。
From 2008 to 2016 ,top-30 national cultural enterprises have been annually selected. Some are out of the list, and some new are in it. Their generality and individuality both catches everyone' s eyes. Accurately grasping the development status of the top-30 national cultural enterprises, it is necessary to systematically investigate and analyze its overall development strategies, basic development ideas and typical development measures. If we take the top-30 national cultural enterprises as a development frame of reference, we need overall strategies to prospectively promote development and competition of our national cultural enterprises. Subjectively, private and state- owned enterprises share progress; as to methods, contents and platforms should be linked; as to elements, resources and brands should be mutually reinforced; as to the path, system and mechanism should be matched; as to the dynamics, the internal and external force should be coordinated; as to effects, great and trivial benefits should be considered
