摘要
会计人才是我国人才队伍的重要构成部分,是维护市场经济秩序、促进经济发展的中坚力量。文章从我国会计人才发展目标和会计专业学位基本要求着手,探讨我国会计人才发展现状与发展目标的差距,对比国内外发展区别,提出我国应加强培养复合型人才的重要目标。
Accounting talents are the important part of talent teams in China. They are the basic forces to maintain the order of the market economy and promote economic development. This paper discusses the difference between the present situation of China＇s accounting talents development and the development goals of accounting major,and puts forward the main goal to strengthen the training of compound talents,according to the goal of accounting talents development and the basic requirements of accounting major.
