爬行运动中心率、能量消耗及表面肌电变化特征 被引量:2

Changes of Heart Rate,Energy Consumption and Surface Electromyography in the Process of the Crawling Exercises

摘要 目的:研究青年人爬行过程中心率、能量消耗及表面肌电变化特征。方法:选取健康青年男性12名分别做50米快速交替爬行和50米快速同向爬行,以及300米间歇交替爬行,利用心率表监测爬行过程中心率、能量消耗;采集等速交替、同向爬行过程中4个爬行运动周期的表面肌电数据,分析积分肌电和肌肉贡献率指标。结果:(1)50米快速交替和同向爬行过程中心率在110~150次/分占用时比例分别为72.22%±11.49%和70.39%±10.37%,单位时间能量消耗分别为11.16±6.46千卡/分和11.76±4.87千卡/分。(2)300米间歇爬行心率在110~150次/分占用时比例为56.00%±4.96%,单位时间能量消耗为10.99±0.76千卡/分。(3)等速交替、同向爬行过程中三角肌、肱三头肌、股直肌、肱二头肌和斜方肌均明显放电,积分肌电和肌肉贡献率无显著差异。结论:本研究中的爬行运动方式为中高强度短时高能耗运动,上肢、下肢和肩带等多个部位肌群参与运动。 Objective To investigate the changes of heart rate, energy consumption and surface electro- myography(EMG)of young people in the crawling exercise. Methods Twelve healthy young men were chosen to carry out 50-meter laigh-speed alternative crawling exercise and 50-meter identical-side crawling exercise as well as 300-meter intermittent and alternative crawling exercises respectively. The heart rate and energy consumption were monitored in the crawling process. The surface EMG data of equal-speed alternative crawling and identical-side crawling in the four crawling periods were collect- ed. The indexes of integrated EMG and muscle contribution rate were analyzed. Results 1. In the pro- cess of 50-meter high-speed identical-side crawling exercise and the alternative one, for 72.22%± 11.49% and 70.39%±10.37% of the time,the objects' heart beats ranged from 110 to 150 per minute, and the average energy consumption was 11.16~6.46 kcal/minute and 11.76±4.87 kcal/minute respective- ly. 2. During 300-meter intermittent alternative crawling exercises, the participants' heartbeats ranged from 110 beats/minute to 150 beats/minute in 56.00%±4.96% of the process,while the energy consump-tion was 10.99±0.76 kcal/minute. 3. Obvious discharge was observed in the deltoid,triceps brachii,rec- tus femoris, biceps brachii and trapezius in the processes of equal-speed alternative crawling and identi- cal-side crawling. However,no significant differences were found in the integrated electromyography and muscle contribution rate. Conclusions The crawling exercises studied were short-term high-energy-con- sumption exercises with medium-high intensity. Several muscle groups in the upper limb, lower limb and shoulder girdle joints participate in the crawling exercises.
