摘要
对刮板机关键部件焊接结构连接罩的焊接残余应力引起的焊接变形问题进行时效处理研究。采用现行焊接工艺对连接罩焊接后进行振动时效、热时效处理;然后采用盲孔法对连接罩检测振动时效、热时效前后的应力分布情况并采用三坐标进行验证,确定合理工艺并推广应用。
The tube-structure is the key component of scrapper machine. The aging treatment of the welding deformation problem caused by residual stress during the welding of tube-structure was studied. The vibration aging and the thermal aging treatment after welding have been applied to reduce the residual stress of welded tubes. The blind hole method is adopted to analyze the stress condition of the tubes after the treatment and three coordinates was used to verify and make sure reasonable process and popularization and application.
