摘要
简述了悬浮磁化焙烧技术的形成历程,分析了预富集—悬浮磁化焙烧—磁选工艺(PRSM)选别复杂难选铁矿的技术优点。铁品位31.63%的东鞍山贫赤铁矿经预富集—悬浮磁化焙烧—弱磁选工艺处理,可获得铁品位为66.55%、回收率为77.01%的优质铁精矿;铁品位10.60%的鞍钢东部尾矿经预富集—悬浮磁化焙烧—弱磁选工艺处理,可获得铁精矿铁品位65.69%、回收率55.33%的技术指标;酒钢粉矿采用悬浮磁化焙烧—弱磁选工艺处理,可获得精矿铁品位60.30%、回收率79.49%的技术指标。东鞍山贫赤铁矿、鞍钢东部尾矿和酒钢粉矿经悬浮磁化焙烧扩大连续试验处理均取得了良好的选别指标,且设备运行稳定。PRSM技术为我国复杂难选铁矿选矿技术的重大突破。
The formation and technical advantages of Preconcentration-Suspension Roasting-Magnetic separation( PSRM) technology have been pointed out with a brief analysis. Donganshan refractory iron ore was typical lean hematite with iron grade of 31. 63%,through PSRM scale-up continuous test,iron concentrate with iron grade of 66. 55%,total recovery of77. 01% was obtained. The East of Ansteel integrated tailings( TFe grade of 10. 60%) was treated by PSRM scale-up continuous test,the iron concentrate with iron grade of 65. 69% and total recovery of 55. 33% was achieved. The JISCO fine ore was hard to be separated for its complex mineral composition,but using the PSRM technology,concentrate with iron grade of60. 30% and the recovery of 79. 49% could be obtained. These refractory iron ores could be efficiently utilized by the PSRM technology. Good beneficiation index could be obtained via PSRM technology for Donganshan refractory iron ore,East of Ansteel integrated tailings,JISCO fine ore,and equipment operation is stable,concentrate indexes has greatly increased. PRSM technical is abig breakthrough in complex and refractory iron ore resources beneficiation technology.
