摘要
目的探讨双源CT不同心电门控扫描模式在冠状动脉CTA心律不齐中的图像质量和辐射剂量.方法对心律不齐120例患者行冠状动脉CTA检查,患者分为3组,每组各40例,A组行前瞻性心电门控大螺距超快速螺旋100 k V Flash模式扫描,B组120 k V Flash模式扫描,C组行双能量(100 k V,140 k V)螺旋扫描,对3组的图像质量、辐射剂量进行对比分析.结果 120例冠状动脉节段可评价率为97.6%,97.8%和99.2%,平均有效剂量A组(0.80±0.05)m Sv,B组(1.63±0.14)m Sv,C组(8.73±2.95)m Sv,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 100 kV Flash模式可获得较好的图像质量,扫描速度快,辐射剂量低,可作为心律不齐低剂量冠状动脉CTA临床首选方法.
Objective To evaluate the image quality and radiation dose of dual source coronary CTA multiple low dose scanning mode in patients with arrhythmia. Method 120 Patients with arrhythmia were divided into group A,group B and group C,40 patients in each group. Patients in group A were examined by using 100 k V prospective ECG-gated Flash mode; those in group B were examined by using 120 k V Flash mode; those in group C were examined by using the retrospective ECG-gated 100 ~ 140 k V dual-energy mode. The image quality and radiation dose of three modes were compared and analyzed with variance.Results The percentage of diagnosable segments in three group was 97.6%,97.8% and 99.2%,respectively,but there were significant differences among three modes in radiation dose,with an average effective dose of 0.80 ± 0.05 m Sv in group A.1.63 ± 0.14 m Sv in group B,and 8.73± 2.95 m Sv in group C( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion 100 k V prospective ECG-gated Flash mode coronary angiography can obtain a good image quality in short time,with a rapid scanning speed,but the radiation dose was further significantly lower compared with that in the other groups.100 k V Flash mode is the first choice to achieve low radiation dose for CT coronary angiography in patients with arrhythmia.
