摘要
阐述多维度职业素养的内涵,抽样调查2011—2015届徐州医科大学医学检验技术专业毕业生就业单位对其职业素质的评价,以提高毕业生职业素养为切入点,探讨医学检验技术专业教学改革。
This paper describes the connotation of multi-dimensional professional accomplishment, sam-pling survey on employment units' professionalquality evaluation of 2011-2015 sessions of graduatesma- jored in Medical Examination Technologyat Xuzhou Medical University was conducted in order to explorethe teaching reform of Medical Examination Technology by taking the improvement of the professional quality of graduates as the starting point.
