摘要
采用质量分数30%的玻璃微珠、云母粉、磨碎玻纤、常规玻纤、扁平玻纤填充改性PA66塑料,对材料的力学性能、熔融指数、翘曲变形量等进行了研究,同时对PA66塑料横断面的显微形貌进行了SEM分析。试验结果表明:扁平玻纤增强的PA66塑料具有最高的强度和最低的翘曲变形量。SEM分析表明:除了在注塑流动方向上的纤维取向,扁平纤维矩形的横截面还在垂直于流动的方向上发生了规则的取向。
Glass beads, mica powder, milled glass fiber, conventional glass fiber and fiat glass fiber at a content of 30% respectively were used to produce PA66 composite. The mechanical property, melt index and warpage behavior of PA66 composite were studied, and the microscopic morphology of its cross section was analyzed by SEM. The test results showed that PA66 composite reinforced with fiat glass fiber exhibited the highest mechanical strength and the lowest warpage. The SEM analysis revealed that in addition to the fiber orientation in the flow direction of injection molding, the rectangular cross section of fiat glass fiber also showed orientation in the transverse direction
