摘要
根据城市轨道交通工程建设项目建设周期长、社会影响大的特点,采用层次分析法获得社会风险影响权重,运用CIM并联响应模型进行社会风险概率叠加,以概率计算结果来反应社会风险发生的可能性。以青岛轨道交通13号线工程建设项目为例,对城市轨道交通工程建设项目施工社会风险分析进行实证研究。结果表明:该项目施工社会风险处于高位状态,应及时采取相关处理措施,将风险降到最低,保障工程安全。
Considering the characteristics of long construction period and high social effects of urban rail transit construction project,the social risk weights are calculated with hierarchy process,the probability is considered through CIM parallel model and likelihood of occurrence is presented by the probability. By taking Qingdao urban rail transit line 13 project as an example,this research analyzed the social risk of urban rail transit construction.Results show that the social risk of the project runs at high risk and the appropriate measures should be taken in time to minimize risk and guarantee engineering safety.
