摘要
本文以都江堰安龙镇海棠产业基地为例,简述了乡村旅游经济中餐饮文化的若干特点,从乡村饮食的原材料、烹饪技法、菜式特点、地域文化特征等诸多方面作出了一定的探讨与分析。
Exemplified by the begonia industry base of Anlong Town in Dujiangyan, this paper briefly discusses several characteristics of catering culture in rural tourism economy, and makes some explorations and analyses on the raw materials, cooking skills, cuisines and local cultural features.
