摘要
目的:观察降糖通脉片联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者疗效及球后动脉血流动力学与氧化应激指标的影响。方法:选取我院2013年3月至2015年1月收治的93例确诊为2型糖尿病患者,双盲随机地将93例患者分为观察组46例和对照组47例。对照组给予单独二甲双胍进行治疗,观察组在对照组用药的基础上加用降糖通脉片治疗。记录并分析两组患者治疗前和治疗10个疗程后餐后2h血糖(2h PG)和空腹血糖(FPG)变化情况、球后动脉血流动力学收缩期最高血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期最低血流速度(EDV)和阻力指数(RI)变化以及氧化应激指标谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、活性及丙二醛(MDA)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和活性氧类物质(ROS)的变化。结果:1治疗后观察组患者的FPG和2h PG分别为(6.19±0.52、9.91±1.01)mmol/L,均显著低于仅用二甲双胍的对照组(7.38±0.70、12.41±1.10)mmol/L。2治疗后观察组睫状后动脉的PSV、EDV和RI分别为(18.85±0.65cm/s、4.91±0.06cm/s、0.97±0.06),均优于对照组(17.93±0.51cm/s、4.79±0.05cm/s、0.88±0.05)。3治疗后观察组视网膜中央动脉的PSV、EDV和RI分别为(8.84±0.08cm/s、2.65±0.08cm/s、0.96±0.07),均优于对照组(8.72±0.07cm/s、2.49±0.06cm/s、0.86±0.06)。4治疗后观察组GSH-Px、MDA分别为(27.85±0.89umol/L、49.04±3.16nmol/ml),均优于对照组(26.61±0.70umol/L、54.28±4.66nmol/ml)。5治疗后观察组ROS、SOD水平分别为(596.0±14.5、270.8±15.0)IU/m,均优于对照组(626.2±19.8、247.1±14.2)IU/m。结论:二甲双胍单独应用于2型糖尿病患者的治疗方案和其与降糖通脉片联用方案均有一定的治疗效果,均可改善患者血糖水平,改善患者球后动脉血流动力学,调节患者体内氧化应激指标,但联合用药方案改善效果更好。
Objective: To observe the influence of ball Hemodynamics and oxidative stress indicators of type 2 diabetes with Jiangtangtongmai sheetcombined with metformin. Methods: 93 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes from February 2014 to April 2015,were randomly divided into two groups will be included in the( n = 46) and control group( n = 47). The control group received metformin treatment,observation group were treated with metformin tablets Jiangtangtongmai combination therapy. Conclusion: Metformin alone used in treatment of type 2 diabetes and its programs have a certain therapeutic effect Jiangtangtongmai sheet combined with the program,can improve blood sugar levels in patients,improve patient Hemodynamic after the ball,adjust the patient oxidative stress parameters,but combinations of drugs to improve the better.
