摘要
目的探讨对胫腓骨骨折患者进行手术固定联合活血化瘀类中药材治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年1月—2016年5月期间收治的88例胫腓骨骨折患者参与本次研究,按患者病床单双号分为研究组和对照组,每组44例。对照组行手术固定治疗,研究组行手术固定联合复元活血汤治疗,观察对比2组患者的治疗有效率、愈合时间、疼痛评分以及术后并发症情况。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且愈合时间以及疼痛评分明显低于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术固定联合复元活血汤治疗胫腓骨骨折的效果显著,可有效缓解患处疼痛感,提升治疗效率,降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective to explore the surgery of tibiofibula fracture patients fixed joint promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type of treatment the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2016 were involved in this study of 88 patients with fracture of tibia and fibula,according to single and double beds were divided into study group and control group,44 patients in each group. The control group underwent surgical fixation. The study group underwent surgical fixation combined with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction for treatment of two groups were observed and compared the efficiency,healing time,pain score and postoperative complications. Results the treatment of patients with team effectiveness is significantly higher than the control group,and the healing time and pain score significantly lower than the control group,postoperative complication rate is lower than the control group,each group through statistical data differences between computing has significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The surgery fixed joint recovery of tibiofibula fractures treated by huoxue soup effect is remarkable,which can effectively relieve pain,affected improving treatment efficiency and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications rate.
